1. Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older attending the event. Employees, contractors, dealers, and representatives of SoilMoisture Equipment Corp. and its affiliated or sister companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Free Entry: Entry in the raffle is completely free. No purchase, payment, or obligation of any kind is required to enter or win.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must drop their business card or complete an entry form at the SoilMoisture Equipment Corp. booth during the event. Only entries received during the event period will be considered.
4. Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries by the same person may be disqualified at the sole discretion of SoilMoisture Equipment Corp.
5. Prize: The prize consists of one or more free or discounted SoilMoisture product(s). The specific prize will be announced during the raffle event.
6. Prize Value and Credit Option: One winner will receive the raffle prize. Alternatively, the winner may elect to receive a credit equal to the retail cash value of the raffle prize. This credit may be applied toward the purchase of one or more SoilMoisture products, covering up to 30% of the total purchase price (the remaining balance must be paid by the winner). The credit is non-transferable and will expire one (1) year after the raffle date.
7. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted by SoilMoisture Equipment Corp. staff within approximately two (2) weeks after the event. The drawing results will be final and binding.
8. Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be reached within ten (10) business days, SoilMoisture Equipment Corp. reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Publicity Release: By entering, participants grant SoilMoisture Equipment Corp. the right to use their name, likeness, and/or business affiliation for promotional purposes related to this event and future marketing activities, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Liability: SoilMoisture Equipment Corp. assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur in connection with the raffle. Acceptance of the prize constitutes a release of liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.
11. Legal Compliance: This raffle is void where prohibited by law and will be conducted in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
